In Etche Land today, when mothers sleep with both eyes closed, it is because a king chose to stay awake.
When our roads are safe and our villages are calm, it is because one man decided that the crown must carry a burden.
You are *HRH Eze Dr. Ken Osondu Nwala JP, DSSRS* — but to us, you are more than titles.
You are _Onyeishi Agwuru_, the pillar of Ulakwo Umuselem.
You are _Ugo 1 of Etche Land_, the eagle whose wings cover all of us.
You are a giver per excellence. Your generosity has no tribe, no party, no condition. You do not ask "where are you from?" before you help. You ask "how can I help?"
That is why the poor call you father. The rich call you brother. And the entire Etche calls you peace.
As Chairman of Security, Etche Supreme Council of Traditional Rulers and Chiefs, you did not sit in the palace and delegate.
You stepped into the storm.
You are singlehandedly sponsoring security across Etche Land — fueling patrols, supporting our vigilantes, and ensuring that fear does not become our inheritance.
While others make speeches, you make sacrifices.
Your wisdom built bridges where there were walls. Your relationship with the police hierarchy has become Etche’s lifeline — bringing faster response, better intelligence, and policing that touches the grassroots.
Your Highness, leadership is tested in difficult times. And you have proven that true royalty is not in the beads or the staff.
_True royalty is in service. True royalty is in sacrifice. True royalty is in you._
Etche is safer because you are on the throne.
Etche is united because you are the bridge.
Etche is proud because you are _Ugo 1_.
May the ancestors strengthen you.
May your reign be long, peaceful, and celebrated.
May the land you protect continue to protect your name.
We see you. We honor you. We thank you._
_Etche will never forget._
